DEAN STREET DOORS
We have just cleaned the Dean Street doors of residual tape and
adhesive from the past few years, and redone the signs that we have
posted there. These signs are for the general public about church
programs and remain there throughout the year as a service to the
community. We ask that you please no longer use the Dean Street
doors for signs about events or other temporary activities of the
church, or otherwise use them as a bulletin board. Thank you for
helping us to keep these doors clean.
LONG RANGE PLANNING COMMITTEE
On behalf of the whole congregation, I would like to thank Scott
Brix and the Long-Range Planning Committee for the work they have
done. The results of the planning session on April 19 have been sent
to the working committees of the church for follow up. The results
from each committee will be put together by the Long Range Planning
Committee, presented to the Church Council at their August retreat,
and then to the congregation in September at a special
congregational meeting. I believe that the results of the planning
session offer many exciting opportunities for us.
